Free Racial Equity Coaching
For Colleges, Universities, and State Higher Education Systems
The University of Southern California Race and Equity Center’s Equity Coaching Academy was established to assist institutions in dismantling racism, eliminating racial disparities, and strategically pursuing racial equity. We have selected two dozen DEI expert coaches from a multitude of professional sectors and industries (higher education, business, technology, and government, to name a few) who advise institutional stakeholders and furnish useful racial equity tools.
With generous support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, our center is offering racial equity coaching to colleges, universities, and state higher education systems at no cost over 90 days. During the three-month period, our coaches will meet with individuals, taskforces, committees, and teams that are working on solutions to vexing racial equity problems, as well as those who are designing new policies, plans, and initiatives that will accelerate racial equity.
